| Job Scope |
| Review and analyse open Sales Order and forecast for preparation of material requirement |
| To plan and buy the raw material with buffer stock |
| Issue Work Order and liaise with supplier and internal team where required |
| Close monitor and track production schedule to meet delivery requirement |
| Review, escalate & track material shortages to ensure material availability to support production build |
| Drive and be responsible for accurate stock purchase so as to reduce excess and obsolescence |
| To submit update and report on material planning |
| Attend meeting when required |
| Requirement |
| Diploma in Supply Chain/Business/Production/Manufacturing |
| Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems |
| Minimum 2 years experience in planning or buying |
| Able to communicate and write well |
| Good analytical and problem-solving skills |
